Interoperability means our systems and our people work seamlessly with every law
enforcement, fire, and EMS agency in the region, no gaps, no dropped handoffs.

Collaboration means we don’t operate in a silo. Our member agencies have a direct voice
in how we operate through our Joint Advisory Committee, and we’re stronger for it.

Professionalism means the person who answers your call whether it is 3 p.m. or 3 a.m. brings the same focus, training, and calm to your emergency that they brought to the one before it.
